Coherent Solutions, a Minneapolis-based software development outsourcing firm with offices in Minsk, Belarus, today announced it had set a record for revenues in 2009. The company posted $6.3M in sales for 2009 representing an 8% growth in revenues over 2008.

Coherent Solutions worked on projects for 32 different customers in both North America and Europe in 2009. These customers ranged from Fortune 500 organizations to pre-revenue startups with work concentrated on product development in the software industry and in complex custom business applications within the Healthcare and Media industries.

Coherent performed a variety of services for these customers including software development, quality assurance testing, software maintenance, architecture and technology strategy, and process consulting. A majority of the systems were either web-related or mobile with a technology emphasis in the Microsoft, Java, and LAMP technology stacks where Coherent boasts its greatest expertise.
“We’re pleased we’ve been able to maintain solid financial results against the backdrop of the global recession in 2009,” said Robert Duff VP of Service Delivery. “Software Development Outsourcing will continue to grow in 2010 and we expect to be a part of that growth.”
