Global employment services company Manpower Inc (MAN.N) said on Tuesday that it would buy professional staffing firm Comsys IT Partners Inc (CITP.O) for $17.65 per share.
Deals
The total value of the deal, including debt, is $431 million, Manpower said.
Comsys, with 52 offices in the United States, Canada, Britain and Puerto Rico, provides technology staff and related outsourcing services.
Comsys shares closed Monday at $13.23 on the Nasdaq.
