The strategic agreement of the partnerships includes elements of the Unified Communications and Contact Center of Avaya added to HP’s Unified Communications and Collaboration services portfolio. The partnership will expand the services offered an allow clients to customize the technology based on the needs unique to their industry as part of HP’s UC&C Lifecycle Services.
