Job Fair is a exposition for employers, recruiters and colleges to meet with prospective job seekers. It is always a good experience to attend a job fair. Today we attended Job fair at Ludhiana College of Engineering and Technology, Katani Kalan with aim to hire fresh recruits in our iPhone, Android, PHP & Marketing team.
Students from many different colleges came to participate in this event. They seemed very excited for giving interviews and written tests. As most of the students were not aware of Mobile Application Development, we had to arrange awareness campaigns and we conducted seminars, telling students about the advantages of becoming Mobile application developers.
Also to bridge the gap, we are now offering Industrial training in iPhone/Android application development, PHP and .NET., we briefed them about this training program also. Many of the students have shown their interest in this training program also.
To conclude, Job fairs are good places to hire deserving candidates and meet many company representatives under one roof.
